6.45pm – Pregnancy Yoga
8.00pm – Mindfulness Yoga

Thursday
9.30am – Mindfulness Yoga
10.30am – Mummy & Me (Postnatal/Baby Yoga)

This time of year can be challenging as the days get colder and darker and the holiday season approaches — which makes it an especially good time to keep up a regular yoga practice. Slowing down, letting your thoughts settle and finding a little more space in both body and mind.

I’d love for you to join me for the new block, but of course, drop-ins are always welcome if that suits your schedule better.

At our Mummy & Me class this week, Sharon said she could “literally cry” when I suggested she lie in this position for a while. She said her body hadn’t felt her own for months and months and she just ached…
So as baby was chilling, she had the opportunity to spend some time doing a little bit of simple back bending because there is just too much forward bending when you have a new baby! Join us at our postnatal/baby yoga class every Thursday 10.30am. An hour of reconnecting with your body after sharing it with another human for the last 9 months ❤️
