I was lucky enough to have an amazing Iyengar Yoga teacher in my office when I worked in a law firm. I very quickly started practising Iyengar Yoga four times a week and my teachers encouraged me to do yoga at home as a self practice. It was life changing. I can’t put it into any other words.

I soon quit my job to become an iyengar yoga teacher and finally I am making the pilgrimage to Pune, the home of the Iyengar family and where the studio Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute is based. For the whole of February I will be practicing daily at the institute and fulfilling a goal that was delayed since 2020.

I’m looking forward to sharing my adventures with you and I’ll still be online every Monday teaching at 8am GMT if you want to join live.
