Start on a Sunday...Never miss a Monday!

Legs and Abs today...

Tip: If you are starting on your fitness journey set SMART goals...
Begin with Total Body Conditioning Workouts, to burn fat and build muscle mass...
When you have shed or have achieved or are close to achieving your goals then target specific areas...
For example: Arms and back day
Legs and glutes
Ab day
......still throw in Total Body Workouts

This technique is especially useful when targeting stubborn fat, such as back of legs and fat in the abdominal region.

You will burn fat in less dense areas first...arms and legs (which is why they look toned first). Then you burn fat in the stubborn areas but being in a calorie deficit for an extended length of time is essential for in these areas.

Remember fitness is not just about the physical benefits, it's also about empowering the mind!
