Yes, it’s a thing. Yes, you’re not imagining it. And no, you are definitely not alone.

As oestrogen levels drop during menopause, and testosterone takes a little more of the stage, you may notice the odd (or not-so-odd) coarse hair appearing on your chin or jawline. They seem to pop up overnight, like they were planted there while you slept!

The good news:

🌸 There are gentle, effective ways to manage it — from tweezing to threading, or professional treatments like laser
