🌿✨ Over 500 followers — and we haven’t even opened yet.
We’re deeply grateful. In just a few weeks, so many kind souls have liked, shared, and reached out to say: “We see you.” Thank you. Your support means the world to our little guesthouse dream.
Nearly six years ago, we became a vegan family at home. Quietly, imperfectly, but wholeheartedly. Our beliefs have deepened over time — and while we’re still transitioning in our work lives, our commitment to plant-based living and sustainability grows stronger every day.
Daniel brings over 20 years of pastry chef experience to this new chapter. Crafting beauty, precision, and joy — now with purpose. We believe plant-based food is the future forward, and we’re using what we know best to do our own kind of activism. Through every breakfast ritual, every poetic pastry, every detail rooted in Welsh landscape and heritage, we’re saying: animals matter. The planet matters. And kindness can be delicious.
We’re doing our best to open The Green Bear Guesthouse as soon as possible. Until then, thank you for walking with us. 💚
