YOU KNOW, WHEN SOMEONE COMMENTS WITH ONE OF ‘THOSE’ IMAGES ON A VEGAN SITE POST

MY RESPONSE:

….thank you for your info and taking your time.
Sadly millions of animals are treated inhumanely throughout their lives to provide meat for humans. These numbers go way beyond any genocide ever known.

It is the utter torture these animals endure and the fact that humans are even capable of inflicting such horrific suffering and cruelty on these animals who, regardless of opinion and ignorance, do suffer far more than just physical pain.

The food industry is going through a revolutionary change and global research and development are producing incredible plant alternatives to manage this critical situation.

And it is critical.

Not just from the animal welfare perspective but on an ethical level the likes of which we never seem to learn as a species.

It is an atrocity.

Nothing less, and there’s absolutely no excuses for this barbarism.

We have choices, and for various reasons that requires digression from the point being made here, many choose to ignore them.

Ignorance is not the solution.

Thank you for reading my response; I hope this offers another perspective to you and others who share your thoughts, and may initiate further reflection on this unnecessarily controversial issue.

This is so great to hear. It demonstrates compassion and we need more compassion all over the world. It’s about the people taking back control and deciding what they believe is the RIGHT thing to do, the right way to present yourself as an individual and as a community and come together for an overarching compassionate approach to all life.
