Shout out to our founder who is now a certified Business Advisor for Sri Lankan SMEs. was a panelist at a discussion today held promoting women in Enterpreneruship for Global Entrepreneur Week 2024. She spoke alongside the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Founder. As we celebrate women entrepreneurship day today we celebrate our Founder who developed an eco system for solutions in Speech Pathology in the South Asian region and globally. The position is a work from home based. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your administrative and disability sector support expertise in this fast paced and key organisational role.

Responsibilities include:
✨Build and maintain relationships with existing NDIS partners and stakeholders.
✨Ability to undertake significant regular travel throughout metro and some region areas of Victoria at times.
✨Present Glorious Support services to multiple NDIS stakeholders to attract new participants
✨Meet individual KPI targets and deliver on team promises
✨Attend and represent Glorious Support Services at stakeholder meetings, networking events and community expos
✨Maintain accurate records of business development activity and interactions with key contacts and stakeholders

To be considered:
✨Proven experience to develop professional relationships that lead to business growth through new clients and client retention
✨Working knowledge of NDIS, passion and drive for the disability sector
✨Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlines
✨Initiative and a demonstrated "can do" attitude
✨Current National Police Check (essential)
✨Current driver’s license (essential)
✨Current Working With Children and NDIS check (essential)

Ceylon Speechie won not one but two awards at the "Prathibhabisheka" national awards held recently, organized by the Women's Chamber of Industry & Commerce Sri Lanka We won the bronze award under the small business category with our founder Nadini Wickramasinghe being awarded the national award for "Young woman entrepreneur of the year 2023" As We celebrate women's day this month and women led initiatives we acknowledge and celebrate that 100% of our clinical staff are women who are globally recognized professionals as clinicians and/or researchers. We also celebrate our excellent non clinical staff Shani Fernando our legal Consultant another brilliant woman in her field and Mr.KRathanasinghe Finance and administration, Showtech and Mr. Kumindra Wickramasinghe business development consultant for their contribution to the organization. A huge congratulation to Ceylon Speechie Founder, Lead Speech Pathologist and Managing Director Nadini Wickramasinghe for being awarded with the National Award "Young Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2023" on Tuesday at the Prathibabisheka awards ceremony held at the Hilton Colombo. She received the award from the President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka His Excellency Mr. Ranil Wickramasinghe and certificate awarded by Mr. Thimal Perera CEO DFCC Bank. Under the leadership of Nadini Perera Wickramasingha Ceylon Speechie operations have reached to over 10 countries impacting and healing many lives across continents.
