Dr Ajai Seth is a Sport and Exercise Medicine Consultant based in London. He has dedicated his career to helping people with sport and exercise related injury and illness. He consults and treats everyone from the elite athlete to the weekend warrior.

He believes that everyone deserves the very best treatment for their sporting injuries/illnesses, whether they are an olympian, or a first time runner. Dr. Seth works with top elite sports clubs and teams and is able to apply the same medical principles for his athletes, to the everyday exerciser. He values the time, dedication and determination that people put into their health, and feels they deserve the best medical advice to make the right decisions. He has a holistic approach to treating injury, taking the time to explore all his patients' needs; physically, mentally and socially.
