So here I corrected the gaps, overjet, and rotations using Invisalign. Then some beautiful porcelain work by Hit. The interesting thing is the minimal prep of the teeth, because I placed the teeth in the optimum position for minimal tooth preparation.

So many important steps: Listening to the patients goals ➡️ Diagnosis and planning ➡️ Align teeth into a stable/healthy position ➡️ Test shape and shade/characterisation of the veneers in temps ➡️ Fit the veneers and protect with retainers

Such a fun one to do for our wonderful patient Tylan! The most complex challenge was fixing that deep bite, and redistributing the spaces.
We addressed the bite and moved the spaces using Invisalign clear braces. Then, some teeth bleaching, zirconia resin bonded bridges and some intricate composite bonding to achieve an amazing result.

Moral of the story....don't walk and use your mobile phone at the same time.

Spent Saturday evening repairing all of this damage with composite bonding. B was doing really well at her review a few days later, and I am very confident that I have saved her smile.

You don't always have to place an implant when you have a gap. Sometimes we can do a minimal prep zirconia bridge. Here, after many discussions with the patient, we went for the natural look. Some Emax porcelain veneers too. Minimal, long-lasting, and a whole load of precious tooth structure saved.
