To all our members that over indulged and has carried the guilt for days, or months or even years, and feel like you can't come back... you can xx 🥰

To all our members who look in the mirror and say I really don't like how I look and feel... how can I ever face going back to group? You can xx 🥰

To all our members who would love to come back but aren't brave enough to step through the door of the group... you can! 🥰 xx

We (your fellow members in group), we miss you, we worry about you and really want the best for you! 🥰 xx

I’m a Slimming member and like so many other members, my weight loss journey has had its ups and down over time x

There have been moments when I've struggled, times when my motivation has wavered, and times when I felt like I was stuck, but through it all, I’ve never given up on myself, and Slimming World has never given up on me! xx

Now I’m feeling my best, I'm energised, confident, and slightly out of my target (since Christmas), but does that put me off going to my group every week... nope! Xx

Staying on plan, embracing the support of my group, and reminding myself why I started in the first place has made a difference to my life, and will continue to make a difference by continuing to get the love and support I need week on week x

If you are struggling, just know that you can get back on track, and when you do, it feels incredible! Let’s keep going, together! Xx
