Salads didn’t make me lean. They were making me sick.

I was doing everything right and still constantly bloated, inflamed and stuck in the same cycle of losing weight only to put it straight back on.

Here’s what nobody talks about.

Plants have defence mechanisms. Lectins, oxalates, phytates, these are chemicals designed to stop them being eaten.

For a lot of people they quietly destroy your gut lining and keep your body in a permanent state of stress.

The moment I went animal based everything changed. Bloating gone. Energy back. Body finally working with me.

Everyone tells you to drink protein shakes and eat oats.

Nobody tells you what they’re actually doing to your body.

Oats trigger gut inflammation.

Protein shakes are loaded with synthetic additives that destroy your gut microbiome.

These aren’t health foods.

They’re marketed as health foods.

I was bloated, puffy, losing hair. All while eating “clean.”

Your body has been processing steak and eggs for 2.5 million years.

Hot honey chicken wings

Crispy juicy chicken wings with a hint of orange zest one of my favourite go tos after the gym 🔥 Only takes 20 minutes in the air fryer.

Recipe Below:
Coat wings in olive oil
1kg Chicken wings
1tbs paprika
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp cayenne pepper
1tbsp baking powder
1tsp black pepper

For the garnish:

1tbsp Olive oil
1tsp cayenne pepper
1tsp paprika

Apply half way through cooking

For the glaze:

1tbsp Acaica honey
1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
Small amount of orange zest

Your body has been digesting animal foods for 2.5 million years.

Grains, protein powder and processed bars for about 100.

Grains and legumes contain lectins and phytates, the plant’s own defense chemicals.

They damage the gut and trigger chronic inflammation.

Protein bars and powders are loaded with artificial sweeteners, seed oils and synthetic additives.

You’re eating a lab experiment and calling it a diet.

Our ancestors ate nose to tail, muscle meat, organs, fat and bone marrow.

They didn’t need supplements because they ate the whole animal.
