Let me tell you why I started Gut Grá..

When I moved countries, I developed IBS and experienced first-hand how frustrating and isolating gut symptoms can be. While things are much better now, my gut still flares during times of stress or when I’m travelling. I understand how unpredictable and disruptive it can feel.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people living with IBS, coeliac disease, food intolerances, and other digestive symptoms. Many of whom previously felt unheard and unsupported. Often, people are given brief advice, have limited follow-ups, and long waiting times.

Gut Grá (which means “gut love” in Irish) was born from my belief that gut health care should be:

- compassionate
- personalised
- practical
- and empowering
