Update: there are a lot of angry men in the comments. Reiki typically costs £60 - £100 for one session. I also combine it with somatic healing. I have done this with friends who have had an instant benefit and others who have had a slower response. But no one hasn’t had any benefit. Reiki isn’t difficult to believe in if you’re into manifestation, believe people have innate healing abilities or psychic abilities. It all works on the same energy. It is said to derive from the healing ability of Jesus and others. It was discovered in 1922 and works on the chakras. I also teach people a little about reiki when I give it to them. The reason I try not to offer my reiki unpaid is because I had to pay to learn it and it takes a lot of energy to heal more than one person. It is tiring, but I still enjoy it nevertheless. I also ask for payment for all the reasons the men in comments say I shouldn’t be paid for this. I have been scammed myself as we all have been. So I don’t take this insult lightly. Choosing reiki if it’s unfamiliar to you is difficult. For me my barrier was mostly payment to entry and so that’s why I have a low entry barrier. For others it’s superstition or doubt. I have performed reiki on individual and groups. There’s always a change. I invite you to talk to me rather than take an opportunity to bully me - if you’re after healing. I’m not going to spend my time healing a whole section of toxic online trolls who happen to be calling me a scammer (irony!). If they want healing they’re in the right place. But just as they get paid, so should I.
