This wonderful and well-written book for a non-dyslexic parent to help them with a dyslexic child. But I found it extremely interesting especially the beginning half that explained how a dyslexic brain is structured differently from a non-dyslexic and how that explains many of the challenges and special abilities that I have.
In general, this book was extremely empowering for me, and I very much appreciative of the work the writers are doing to help people with dyslexia. Some of my favourite parts were when I went “ohhh doesn’t everyone think like that.”
