Dr. Palamaras has been a substantive Consultant at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals since 2010, and at Queen’s Hospital in Romford since 2014. The ABCDE rule is a helpful guide for spotting melanoma:

B - Border irregularity
C - Colour variation
D - Diameter over 6mm
