I’m Jeneva
A London-based yoga teacher. Here to share Yoga tutorials, tips, and the odd quote for encouragement.
I’ve been teaching yoga for eleven years and practising since I was a child, thanks to my wonderful mum, an incredible teacher, whom I still look up to. I teach a variety of styles of yoga. Primarily hatha and vinyasa, but tend to mix styles depending on the student.
I focus primarily on teaching one-to-one or small groups because every ‘body’ is different, and it is essential to find the practice that suits you as an individual. I love to pay attention to detail because it’s in the details that we really begin to understand our bodies and our practice.
A little more about me… I’m intuitive, introverted, sensitive and creative. I also trained as a dancer, actor and screenwriter and love to write when I’m not teaching. This has led to a research journey into how holistic practices can help writers with adhd (like me) find more focus and creative flow in their work.
