You don’t need to be “good” this weekend.

And you don’t need to lose your head either.

Most women swing between the two…

They try to stay in a deficit all weekend,
go slightly over by meal 2 or 3, then it turns into a full “f**k it” spiral that carries on into Monday.

That’s where they keep getting stuck.

Inside the Circle, we don’t leave weekends like this to chance.

We plan for them.

We use what we call a refuel day (or sometimes a refuel weekend depending on what’s going on).

That means:

👉🏾 calories are purposely brought up to maintenance
👉🏾 protein is still prioritised across the day
👉🏾 meals are spaced properly (no all-day picking)
👉🏾 and you actually decide where you’re having things like bun & cheese or chocolate

So instead of reacting in the moment…

You already know:
“I’ve allowed for this.”

That’s why there’s no panic.
No guilt.
No “I’ve messed it up anyway” energy.

And hear me when I say this…

Even though you’re allowing room for more flexibility it still requires standards.

You’re still:
👉🏾 choosing your portions
👉🏾 sitting down and eating properly
👉🏾 not mindlessly grazing all day

You’re having the bun and cheese…
just not half the damn loaf without thinking.

This is how my clients move through weekends like this and still feel in control going into a new week.

Not because they’re perfect…
but because they’ve got a structure that actually matches their goals and life.

If you want to be the woman who looks like she trains and actually moves like it consistently…

DM me “CIRCLE” and I’ll show you exactly how we build this out for you.

I can already tell what you’re doing wrong in the gym… and it’s not because you’re not trying.

If anything, you’re doing a lot.

You’ve got a full life. Work, responsibilities, people needing you.
And you’re still making time to train…

So first of all, big up you 🔥

You’re in the gym 4, sometimes 5 times a week.

Adding in extra spin classes because you feel like you should.

You’re trying to eat better too.
Maybe even pulling calories down to stay “on it” and speed things up.

So naturally… you’re thinking:

“Why does my body still look the same?”

And this is where most women get it twisted.

You don’t need to do more.
You’re already doing enough.

The problem is… your body’s not actually responding to what you’re doing.

Because when you zoom out, it’s not just training.

It’s training on top of a busy life.

On top of stress.
On top of inconsistent sleep.
On top of trying to keep your food tight.

That all adds up.

So instead of adapting and changing… your body’s just trying to keep up.

That’s why your progress feels slow.
That’s why nothing’s really shifting.

And then what do you do?

You try to add more.

Another session.
A bit more cardio.
A bit less food.

But all that does is add more stress to a body that’s already under pressure.

Inside the M-Powerment Circle, we don’t do that.

We still train hard.
We still push for progression.

But we do it in a way your body can actually keep up with.

For most women, that looks like 3 solid, priority sessions a week… not 5 sessions, classes, cardio and restriction all stacked together.

Because getting into the best shape of your life isn’t about doing the most.

It’s about doing what your body can actually respond to.

That’s when things start to shift.

You start to look leaner. Your lifts actually start progressing again instead of feeling the same every week.

You’re not constantly exhausted…
and your body finally starts reflecting the effort you’ve been putting in.

If this sounds like you… you’re not stuck, you’re just doing too much.

Comment “CIRCLE” and I’ll show you how we train, eat and structure this properly.

Can’t believe we’re already heading into the second quarter of the year…

March felt long, but the first three months fml they’ve flown by.

March has been filled with banging gym sessions, time with people I love and building inside the Circle.

March has been a wholesome way to close out the first quarter of the year ✨

Spring’s here… which means your feed is about to be FULL of “get your summer body in 90 days” plans 👀

You’ve got 12 weeks.

That’s enough time to change your body as it currently is now… the right way… or you could rush the process and end up right back where you started by the time summer hits!

That’s not me being harsh, it’s just the reality of these approaches!

They disguise extremeness as discipline and they don’t teach you how to handle real life.

BBQs.
Day parties.
Eating out.
Drinks.
Even having an ice-cream with your kids ffs!

That’s why most women fall off.

Not because they lack discipline…

But because the plan was never built for their life in the first place.

Over here, we do things differently.

You can train hard.
You can eat well.
You can still live your life.

And actually walk into summer feeling and looking better than you do now.

Will you be at your absolute end goal?

That depends on where you’re starting.

But one thing’s certain…

You’ll be in a much better place than you are right now.

If you want to see how we’re approaching these next 12 weeks inside the Circle…

DM me ‘Circle’ and I’ll send you everything.

I was talking to my son the other day about friendship groups… obviously I want the best for him 🥹

And I said this👇🏾

Not everyone is going to think like you.
Move like you, or have the same values as you.

And that’s fine…

But if you’re not aware of that, you’ll keep expecting people to show up how you would… and you’ll feel disappointed when they don’t.

Now stay with me, because this is exactly what I see so many women doing when it comes to getting into better shape.

👀 They’re disciplined
👀 They show up
👀 They’ve got their life together

But when it comes to their body…
it’s not reflecting it.

And they keep thinking the problem is them.

It’s not.

It’s the approach they’re following.

They’ve picked something that doesn’t even match the way they actually want to live…

so of course it’s not working.

You say you want to:

✨ look like you train
✨ feel confident in your body
✨ still enjoy your life

But your current set up is

Either way too restrictive…cutting out things you enjoy. Some choccy, pasta, your Saturday takeaway… trying to be perfect, but lowkey you’re miserable

OR

Too relaxed… skipping gym sessions, eyeballing everything, saying “I don’t eat that much” with zero awareness around how much you’re actually eating, and dragging out the whole process out

So you stay stuck in that cycle.

Back and forth.
On and off.

Your approach needs to change.

Inside the Circle, we don’t just give you a plan and hope for the best.

We fix the way you’re doing this.

From your first week inside the Circle,
we create your Becoming Her Protocol.

So you can stop doing the most… without getting anywhere and actually train, eat, and show up in a way that aligns with you.

So let me ask you…

Are you actually following something that aligns with you…

or just doing what sounds good in the moment because you think that’s what will get you more sculpted and defined?

If you’re tired of going round in circles (no pun intended 😅)

DM me “CIRCLE” and I’ll walk you through what your first few weeks inside the Circle would look like… and how we lock in your Becoming Her Protocol from the start.

Building the body you want takes time and that’s not a bad thing, it’s just what it is.‌And here’s what I know after yea...

Building the body you want takes time and that’s not a bad thing, it’s just what it is.

And here’s what I know after years of doing this myself and coaching women through it…

Sitting around waiting for the fat to drop, waiting for the definition to show up, obsessing over how long it’s going to take you to get a sculpted look, sucks the joy out of your journey.

The women who get there aren’t the ones who watched and waited.

They’re the ones who put their head down, and locked in on getting stronger, and trusted the process.

When you shift your focus to your performance in the gym? Your journey actually becomes something you enjoy.

You start celebrating what your body can do instead of stressing about how long it’s taking for your stomach to get flatter.

The results are coming my girl. They always come when you do this journey right and sprinkle in some patience.

But you’ve got to trust the process the same way you trust your hair to grow.

Take the right steps. Stay consistent. And stop counting the days.

What’s the last strength goal you hit that made you feel badder than bad and had nothing to do with how you look?

If your weekend… your days… or even just a moment has gone a little left and you’re thinking…

“I’ll just start again Monday” this is your reminder not to.

It’s not the night out.
It’s not the Five Guys.
It’s not the missed gym session that messes with your progress.

It’s what happens AFTER.

The spiral…
The “f**k it” mindset…
The days and weeks that follow where you stay out of rhythm.

That’s what’s actually keeping you stuck from building your best physique.

Inside the circle, we use something called the 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲:

If things don’t go to plan, our ladies…

👉🏾 don’t wait
👉🏾 don’t restart next week
👉🏾 don’t spiral into more “f**k it” moments

They make their 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 one that puts them back into rhythm.

Because there’s power in your next decision… and it’s that next move that either breaks the spiral before it builds… or keeps it going. 🔥

If you want the habits that actually help you stay consistent, feel in control, and build a sculpted physique…

DM me “SCULPTED” and I’ll send you my Sculpted Look Playbook 💫

Inside, I break down:

🔥 5 Nutrition Habits to help you stay in rhythm (even when things don’t go to plan)
🔥 5 Training Habits so you’re not constantly starting over again on this journey
🔥 5 Mindset Shifts to help you bounce back quickly instead of spiralling

𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀… a Sculpted Look Self-Assessment so you can see exactly what’s holding you back from building your best physique (and what to fix first)
