The Founder

Natasha Earl was born and raised in London. Having studied Theatre and Performing Arts, her dream was to work in the theatre.

One of London’s top Nanny agencies specialising in the introduction of professional Nannies, Governesses and Maternity Nurses to many families in London and Overseas. However, having worked in hospitality and retail during her studies, she found her niche in recruitment. Her career began in High Street recruitment before she briefly became a Head Hunter in Rec to Rec. Not enjoying the bullish techniques used and preferring a more gentle and personal approach to recruitment, she decided to open her own Nanny Agency in 2004. The business has grown from strength to strength and Natasha prides herself on the role she plays within Burlington Nannies. She is open and honest and has built up a good rapport with both clients and candidates. Natasha is at the forefront of Burlington Nannies and when you speak with her you will see she is personable, nonjudgmental and approachable.
