Well by Plum

Well by Plum Hi, I’m Victoria - also known as Plum. Hi, I’m Victoria, also known as Plum - a certified Health and Life Coach. Whole health. Lasting change.

A Health Coach based in London, working globally online to help women restore energy, balance hormones, and feel confident in both body and mind through holistic, evidence-led coaching. Well by Plum is a space created to help women feel more balanced, energised and confident in their everyday lives. I combine coaching, lifestyle guidance and simple, science-based tools to support your whole wellbeing - from nutrition and stress to mindset and self-care. After years working in fast-paced, high-pressure industries, I know what it’s like to feel burnt out, overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself. As a mum of two, I also understand how easy it is to put yourself last when life gets busy. My work now is about helping women reconnect with their energy, find clarity, and create realistic change that fits around real life, so you can feel more like yourself again. If you’re ready to find your balance again, you’re in the right place. 💛

This is what it’s really like to work together.

Calm, practical support that fits around real life, not another rigid plan to follow.

You’re not lazy.
You’re not unmotivated.
You’re not failing.

If you’re getting through the days but feel flat, drained, foggy or like everything takes more effort than it should… this is often burnout hiding in plain sight.

Burnout doesn’t always look like falling apart.
Sometimes it looks like “I’m fine” on the outside and exhaustion on the inside.

When your nervous system has been in survival mode for too long, your body stays switched on. Rest stops feeling restorative. Motivation dips. Even small tasks feel heavy.

This isn’t a willpower issue.
It’s a body asking for safety, not pressure.

You don’t need to overhaul your life.
You don’t need to do more.

Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do is slow the system down in small, consistent ways and let your body remember it’s allowed to exhale.

Save this for the days you feel “off” but can’t quite explain why 🤍

And if this resonates, this is exactly the work I support women with through Well by Plum.

If 2026 feels like it needs a gentler approach, you’re not alone.

I created The Everyday Reset Guide, a free guide to help you pause and reconnect in a way that actually fits real life.

It’s not about overhauling your routine or doing more.
It’s about creating small moments of space so you can come back to yourself, your needs and what matters right now.

Inside the guide you’ll find:
- gentle prompts to support reflection
- simple ways to support your nervous system
- space to pause, without pressure
- a calmer approach to setting intentions that feels realistic

Think of it as a quiet reset you can return to whenever things feel full.

You can download the guide for free via my website.

There’s a lot of pressure at the start of the year to do the whole, “new me” thing.
For many women, especially busy women and mums, that approach isn’t helpful.

It’s rarely effective.
And it often creates overwhelm, stress and unnecessary pressure.

You don’t need a new version of yourself.
You don’t need to overhaul your life.
And you don’t need to stress about doing it “right”.

What so many women forget isn’t discipline.
It’s themselves.

Instead of big goals this year, try one simple habit.
Five to ten minutes a day that’s just for you.

Not productivity.
Not optimisation.
Just intention.

It might be your skincare routine, done slowly.
An intentional shower.
A quiet cup of tea.
A few minutes of breathwork.
A gentle walk.

It doesn’t need to be the same every day.
And if it doesn’t happen daily, that’s okay.

The habit isn’t what you do.
It’s choosing yourself in small, consistent ways.

That’s where sustainable change actually starts.

Pre–New Year reflection

The end of the year always invites reflection.
This one asked for honesty more than celebration.

Not in a highlight-reel way. Just real.

This year taught me things I didn’t ask for, but needed.
It stretched me, softened me, and asked more of me than I expected.

This year reminded me that growth doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from listening more.
From noticing what drains you.
From choosing what actually supports you.
And remembering my why.

I’m grateful for the lessons.
I’m proud of what I handled.
I’m proud of who I became while doing it.

No big resolutions here.
No pressure. No promises.
Just small, intentional habits that feel sustainable in real life.

If you’re heading into the new year feeling tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone.
And you don’t need to overhaul your life to feel better.

This testimonial perfectly captures what I focus on in my 1:1 coaching.
Not drastic overhauls, but small, practical changes that fit into real life.
Things like simple routines, realistic nutrition support, and regular check-ins that help you stay accountable without pressure.

When habits feel doable, they actually stick. And that’s where real change happens.

If you’re looking for supportive, grounded health coaching, you can book a free discovery call via the link in my bio.

This is my why.

Motherhood. My children. My family and their health.

Losing my brother was a big turning point in my life. It made me realise how precious and fragile life is, and how important it is to look after our health, not just when something goes wrong, but in the everyday.

There is so much basic health education we’re never taught growing up. How nutrition impacts the body. How lifestyle choices add up over time. And how, if we want to live a long and healthy life, we can actively support that through simple, sustainable habits.

I wanted to understand how the body works, and how simple, realistic nutrition and lifestyle habits can support health in everyday life.

That curiosity turned into a passion, and eventually into training as a health coach. It gave me the knowledge and tools to support my own health and my family’s, and now to support other women too.

Now I help women feel more informed, supported and in control of their health.

Christmas can feel loud, busy and relentless.
If you’re feeling stuck on the hamster wheel, this is your reminder that grounding doesn’t have to be complicated.

A habit doesn’t need an hour.
Sometimes it’s five intentional minutes.
A breath. A cup of tea. Stepping outside.
Something you choose, just for you.

Small rituals done consistently are what actually create calm.

And no, it’s not about willpower.
Support and accountability make habits stick. That’s where coaching can really help.

Save this for when things feel too much 🤍

Feeling tired, bloated or not quite yourself?

Your hormones react to everyday things like stress, sleep, blood sugar, gut health and how calm your nervous system feels. The small habits you repeat each day can either support that balance or make everything feel a little harder.

This carousel shares six simple daily shifts that can help you feel steadier, calmer and more in control of your energy. None of it needs to be perfect. Small steps done often make the biggest difference.

Save this to come back to and share it with someone who might find it helpful. If you want support with your hormones, mood or energy, send me a message. I’d love to help.

Sharing some client wins from this week.

I’m honestly so proud of the effort they’re putting in. These are small, steady shifts and they’re already making such a difference - and this is only the beginning of their journey.

What I love about coaching is that it’s never about perfection or overnight change. It’s about noticing what feels good, trying things, being curious and building habits that actually fit your real life.

Every coaching plan is personalised and focuses on the areas that really matter: your health, nutrition, fitness, stressors and mindset. Together we look at what’s going on beneath the surface, understand the “why”, and shape a plan that feels realistic and achievable for your life.

If you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed or out of balance, and want support with your energy, hormones, sleep or everyday habits… you don’t have to do it alone.
