Beautiful girl, when you are finished falling, after you hit rock bottom and watch yourself come apart into a million pieces, no one is staying to help you collect yourself, no one is sticking around to pick through your pieces to decide which parts of you are worth keeping. That’s for you to decide. So stay down for as long as you need to. This is the most important part. Take your time. Pay attention. You already broke. So the easy part is over. Go slow.... I know, you thought the breaking was the most painful chapter. It wasn’t. Turn the page. The next part is much longer. It’s the healing. The rise. The comeback. It’s the birth of the new you. And it’s not easy. But you are strong and brave and worth it. You’ll have to leave a lot of yourself behind, you’ll have to let go of all the parts of you that you’ve outgrown. We’re not making ourselves small anymore. We’re not bending to fit where we don’t belong anymore. Do you hear me? We’re going all in. Count your wounds, every scar ripped open, every drop of blood you bled like a promise, every tear you cried like a bet in the name of crossing your whole heart, your whole soul, was all for this moment. Right here. Right now. You had to hurt like that to get here to this version of you who knows exactly who she is, who she’s not, who she will never be again. Drop the apologies, babe. We’re not sorry anymore for who we are, we’re not sorry for what we had to do to get here, and we’re not sorry for the time it took to learn our worth. Step out of the box of all you were supposed to be, according to everyone who wasn’t you, and walk into the you, who’s comfortable in her own skin. It’s time. You earned it. We no longer wear the expectations of anyone else and we no longer let anyone else decide what we’re worth. Because we know now. We finally know.
And now it’s time to celebrate it.

Not sure if training for hours and diets are right for you? I’ll tell you my secret to being healthy and feeling energetic! 💪

I have started drinking exogenous ketones a while ago now and wow... I’m feeling amazing!🌟 Having more energy and not having the cravings of eating so much sweets 🧁 🍫 🍬 and eating junk was my main goal. And guess what? I’m actually finally achieving this! Cravings are gone! (Of course I still eat my burgers and pizzas 🍕!) but you are allowed to do this as long as you keep exercising and eating healthy meals too.

Every morning for before breakfast, I prepare myself a bottle of this delicious drink of raspberry lemonade taste and I start my day feeling like a star! 💫

In the middle of all this uncertainty, I have seen people destroying, hurting, abusing, disrespecting each other and is all so extremely sad. We are experiencing an unprecedented crisis that will leave us deep traces. It is affecting us all, in different ways and each one of us is having to live it and contribute to overcome it. Collaboration, collective commitment and solidarity are fundamental in this vital process. When we thought we were all working to overcome the worst, suddenly the world collapses with more acts of injustice, and to no surprise, from us humans. What are we doing? We need to unite, not divide. ❤️

When you feel like quitting, remember that the pain you feel today will be replaced with the strength you need tomorrow.
Remember that every ounce of pain you feel is building a stronger you, a stronger body, a stronger mind, and a stronger character.

So PUSH through the pain. Don’t let it stop you. Force it to make you grow and to make you even better than you are! 🙏

Focus on the present 🙏

Our minds have a way to go back to past experiences or fast-forward to the future, sometimes in a negative way. This tends to happen even worse during times of stress. A way to change that is to intentionally focus on the present moment - by noticing what's happening in our minds, bodies and the external environment with an attitude of kindness and curiosity.

* Place one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest and, as you breathe slowly in and out through your nose, count 10 full breaths.
* If you find your mind racing, lie down and tune in to the sensations in your body.
* Listen carefully to your breathing, the way your stomach moves in and out, the sounds you make.
* Let your mind wonder and focus to the sounds and sensation of your body.
* Enjoy each moment and stay present.
* Be thankful and in peace with yourself, and take your time to just be.

If you find it difficult to focus to this simple technique for meditation then try one of the many free mindfulness meditations you can find online. Ie.
