The plan is to hold one in-person session each week at PureGym, supported by my online coaching app for additional sessions. The program will also include structured running plans to ensure everyone is fully prepared for race day on Sunday, 7th September.

Journey to get shredded for summer 🏃 🍲

The first video is my best physique to date and the second video is my current physique. My plan is get back to this condition and document my journey along the way. I’ll attach my calories, weight routines and cardio workouts.

This cut will be tricky as I’ve lots of running and cycling events throughout spring and summer. So I will need to be smart with fuelling for training to avoid injuries and overtraining.

I’m running Strength & Conditioning sessions from PureGym. This would be targeted towards runners, cyclists or individuals looking to boost their athletic performance.

This S&C class will allow you to train with like-minded individuals and take your fitness to the next level.

It will be a four week block beginning 21st April 2025 with 2 sessions per week.
