And we are live! Huge backlog of scripts, results letters and phone calls and we are a bit slower than usual. Bear with us while we get back on track and iron out the snags. Urgent queries only for rest of the week but light at the end of the tunnel. Massive thank you for all the support!

Schools are back and so are the bugs! 😷

Do you have a child who's unwell and are wondering if they should be in nursery or school?

Check out this handy guide to find out when they should stay off, and when they can go back if they are well enough to do so.

Symptoms and severity of illness will vary from person to person. If your child is unwell and you have concerns about their symptoms you should speak to your GP.

Preventable childhood infections can have a huge impact on a child’s life. They can miss out on education due to time spent unwell, be hospitalised, have life-long complications such as deafness, blindness and paralysis. Sometimes they can even cause death.

Childhood immunisation is one more way to help keep them safe.

To see if your child is up to date with their childhood vaccinations, check their red book, or contact your GP practice.
