The house move date is looming (finally) and then I am off to beautiful Anglesey for a few days for my birthday 🎂 :)

This is Alice. She has been coming to me since 2018 and is my youngest patient so far to reach her 60th appointment! What a milestone.

Alice chose Chiropractic due to issues with migraines and hypermobility and was recommended to try Chiropractic.

Alice leads a busy life working and looking after her young son she is always on the go. She regularly attends for maintenance treatments every 5-6 weeks.

"I always feel like Im on cloud 9 after treatment and I cannot imagine what I would have been like if I didnt keep up with my maintenance treatments. The week before I am booked in I can feel things locking up."

Would you recommed? Absolutely! So much so most of my family now attend too!

This is Racheal. She has been coming to Renew since 2017 and has just completed her 50th appointment! :)

She first came for help with her shoulders and hips and now makes regular maintenance appointments - every 2 months.
Racheal has a desk job so lots of sitting although she regularly attends the gym and does stretches and exercises to help keep any symptoms at bay until her next appointment.

"Chiropractic treatment helps with my mobility and its also kind of cathartic/therapeutic and you are investing in yourself"

Would you recommend? "Always do and always have..."

This is Marie

This week she completed her 60th appointment here at Renew :)
She has been regularly attending appointments since 2019.
'I tried everything else back then; massage, physio with no lasting effects so I wanted to try something new to help with my pain symptoms. Its a "bloody miracle" I am in the best place I have been in the last 20 years.

Marie has a desk job so lots of sitting but does enjoy walking and hiking when she can. She now attends every 8/9 weeks for a check up and is ready for treatment when it comes around.

Would you recommend it? 100%

This is Denise, she has just completed her 50th appointment!
She has been coming to see me since 2020 with neck and shoulder issues. She recalls being in pain and knew she needed realigning and knew things wouldnt get any better without some help.
Denise suffers with Fibromyalgia and finds having regular treatment keeps the 'Fibro pain at bay'
She attends clinic every 5 weeks.
Well done Denise for continuing to take care of your body and noticing when things are not right. :)
