This is Denise. She has been a patient with me since 2018 and continues to attend for maintenance sessions. She has just completed her 60th appointment- Well done Denise!

"I originally came with reoccurring neck and shoulder pain from a previous whiplash injury. The first few sessions got on top of my issues and now I want to keep it at bay so regular treatment I find stops any current issues getting worse."

Morning in the life of a Chiropractor....

*Working from home today as I have my daughter for the day* :)

630am: Head to the gym battling the wind and rain 😄 🤣
8:15am: return home and thankfully our power is all back on (had to get ready using just my phone torch light)
9am: breakfast for my daughter (I am back on it now so fasting until lunchtime so no food for me even though I am hungry!)
9:15am: start some housekeeping for work reying to emails and messages and check the following days patients booked in
9:30am: message tomorrows patients with the appointment reminders
9:45am: check work bag for tomorrow and make sure I have everything I need ready to go

The rest of my morning/day is going to be spent doing a food shop, sorting the animals out and then chill time later this afternoon sat reading in the car while my daughter goes dancing for an hour (pure bliss....🤗)

Hey everyone. Just a heads up from the 1st March 2026 Renews prices are increasing. Its been almost 3 years since I last put them up.
New prices are as follows;

New patients £65
Existing patients £40
Reassessments £48
Hopi Candles will remain the same current price.

Times are a changing and I hope youll all understand why I am doing this. :) 😀

My views from my walk through Kingsbury Waterpark on Monday aww gorgeous Sunshine hitting the frozen lake :)

And back to reality today with ongoing roadworks in Sawley and then the snow forecast with the most part apparently due to hit the West Midlands tomorrow....(where I live) so bare with me folks as I may not be able to get into clinic but I will keep in touch.

Renew is BACK!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE

If youre still getting back into the swing of things join the club Im just loving these lie ins :) maybe Ill get back into the gym next Monday 😄 🤣

My Christmas break has been lovely; a mixture of karaoke from Christmas day onwards as my daughter got a speaker and microphone Moanna set, cooking for 10 on Christmas Day (it went surprisingly well!), lots of visits to family, lots of food (too much), a trip away to Hargate Hall and Thornbridge Estate for New Years, lots of lovely lies ins and NO gym haha.

Dont beat yourself up or be hard on yourself. January is usually the darkest of months and the coldest. Its a time of reflection, keeping warm and cosy, eating all the leftover food and just generally taking care of yourself.
I saw a post about mums not getting a lovely break over Christmas and thats soo true yet all we see and hear in January is diets, detox's, veganuary, calorie counting and new fitness regimes. You know your body and theres no rush. So relax, get back into some kind of routine at your own pace.

I look forward to seeing you all from this Wednesday when I am back in clinic :) xx
