FREE CHOCOLATE ANYONE....?

Haha now I have your attention 😜

December can go either way for me as in really hectic busy or it drops off due to cancellations, people are away, Christmas is coming; I get it!

So my working days may be condensed in the lead up to Christmas and If I have a day where I dont have many patients in I may be getting in touch to ask if you would kindly move to fill up an alternative day.
I understand this isnt always convenient or do-able and I will always try and accommodate you as much as possible but if I only have 2 or 3 of you in, it isnt really worth me coming in.

Well done Don whos just completed his 70th appointment 👏 👍 👌

Congratulations to my patient Don who completed his 60th appointment on Saturday with us. :)

Don's journey into Chiropractic came after a recommendation from a friend after some back issues.
He has been seeing me since 2017 originally when I worked at Burton and then followed me to Breedon and finally Long Eaton.
Don says "I was in a terrible state the first time I saw Clare but Chiropractic has done alot for me and now I have regular maintenance treatments every 6 weeks" (patient consented to the post)

Suffering from headaches?
More frequent?
Sporadic?

Whether they are new or old PLEASE go and get an eye test. It is so important.

Had a patient in today who has recovered from a quite nasty fall. 3 weeks ago started getting bad headaches across her temples.
GP prescribed meds but never once checked her eyes 👁

I advised her to go get an eye test which she has gone on to book today! Hooray

Probably nothing but at least its another check to see what (if anything) is happening.

Did you know...

I always block out 15 minutes between patient appointments to cover tidy time and reset ready for the following patient.
But it is also to allow patients to not feel rushed during treatments and please remember it is a safe space. Im here to listen and offer advice if and where I can.
Patient confidentiality is followed 100%.

Today has been a mixture of conversation with laughter but also tears and worry for some patients. So if you need to get something off your chest I am here. X

*Patient spotlight*

This is Elyse, she has been coming to Renew since 2018.
She originally came to me at a previous clinic location after joining the gym and noticing hip pain. She decided to 'give Chiropractic a go'.

Elyse now visits for maintenance appointments and she knows when it is time for an appointment or if she is overdue.
I am told I am also the only person who has been able to crack her back 😄 I will take that!

Elyse has a fairly sedentary job but does travel alot including several trips a year to Kuala Lumpur.
She trains hard and plays hard and is a keen hiker completing several long and mighty hikes for various charities.
Would you recommend? Absolutely, I always tell people and share posts on social media
