Losing weight & gaining strength is HARD
Quitting smoking is HARD
Add in having a couple of kids & sleep deprivation…. Let alone a career …. Wow that’s HARD!!

But sustaining it all is probably the hardest part.

Allowing some slack in the nutrition but also prioritising personal fitness goals, is a constant balancing act - and one I don’t always get quite right 💁🏼‍♀️

But I’m constantly trying. And I often find it helpful to remind myself WHY I want to be in the best shape I can be. I want to set the best example to my kids. I want to be a fit & independent old lady (one day 😂)!!

💾 SAVE THIS if your struggle with RDLs!

This is a glute and hamstring basic - but it’s SO easy to get it wrong and end up feeling it in your lower back….

Try these steps and let me know how you get on 🥰

Remember you can use a barbell, dumbbells or kettlebells for this exercise- but if you’re a beginner just practice the movement bodyweight to start with, it’s better to get the glute engagement and really focus on form than hurt yourself going too heavy too soon.

What do you want to see next?? Drop it below ⬇️
