Thank you to everyone who came last night to celebrate the ending of a wonderful chapter! It was great to see you and get lots of hugs. And yes, there is still A LOT of food leftover 😂

So many emotions today as it is my last day in practice for the foreseeable future. I am going to miss you all very much!

Please pop down to the practice from 5pm today for nibbles and bubbles and hugs 🤗

This is one of my favourite wedding photos of Will and I looking north to the adventures that lie beyond. So it seems a fitting photo to announce on social media that I am closing the practice as of the 29th September and we are moving north, as a family, to Lossiemouth.

As I said in my letter to you all, it has been one of the hardest decisions of my life to close but life is full of plot twists, side quests and the fine-tuning of our internal compasses as to what direction we head in. My internal compass has shifted from career to family (it surprised me too!!!), hence the decision to close and move north. I am going to miss you all terribly!

I am having drinks and nibbles at the practice on Friday 29th September from 5pm so please pop in for some food and a big, big hug!

We were so lucky with the weather! Thank you everyone for your well wishes, cards and gifts. We had such a lovely day and really couldn’t wish for a more amazing location.

Thank you everyone for your well wishes, cards and wee gifts! We are closed now until 7th September while Will and I get married 😊. Don’t worry, there will be photos!

Not only did this amazing woman .haavik teach me neurology but she’s just done a fantastic interview with about how chiropractic actually works (and some other cool stuff too!)

Everyone associates chiropractic care with neck pain, back pain , headaches etc. But why do we get the changes we do when we adjust you? And why isn’t it a one-stop-quick-fix?

Stanley and his friend were practicing their putting yesterday. They think they’re awesome…. I think they have just a little bit of work to do to make it onto the tour. But, as Stanley said “what would you know Ali?! You haven’t played golf since you were 16!!!!”

With the Scottish Open being played at Renaissance Club, travel time and parking may take a wee bit longer than usual when you’re coming to get adjusted.
