The symptoms of stress can be treated with LED Phototherapy:
Dermalux Blue 415nm Wavelength

Mood → We are all prone to stress, and although this may be to different levels, it is something that affects many of us in our everyday lives and often impacts your mood overall in a negative way.

The calming effect of the Blue 415nm wavelength is recommended by experts to both calm and boost moods. The Blue 415nm LED accelerates the relaxation process after acute psychosocial stress and will aid in reducing these feelings and promoting calmness.

Acne → Stress can often trigger or worsen acne by changing person’s hormone balance. Typically, when a person is stressed, the body releases cortisol, which can lead to more oil and clogged pores, often leading to inflammation and the development of bacteria.

As an anti-bacterial wavelength, the Blue 415nm offers a solution when this is the case. It is clinically proven to destroy bacteria and, in turn, reduce and eliminate acne. This anti-bacterial action can also reduce inflammation, another symptom of stress.

We know it’s been ages since we’ve posted and launched the nutrition information 😞 sorry, loads of other things in life have been happening. But rest assured it will happen soon xx

This makes so much sense. For anyone who may need to hear this right now.

This makes so much sense.
For anyone who may need to hear this right now.

“I saw this analogy and it made so much sense, so I’m sharing it with you 😊
A bottle of water at Costco is $0.25.
The same bottle in the supermarket is worth about $0.50.
The same bottle in a bar costs $2.
In a good restaurant or hotel it can be worth up to $3.
At an airport or on the plane, you may be charged $5.
The bottle and the brand is the same, the only thing that changes is the place. Each place gives a different value to the same product.
When you feel like you are worth nothing and everyone around you belittles you, change places, do not stay there.
Have the courage to change places and go to a place where you are given the value you deserve. Surround yourself with people who really appreciate your worth.
Don't settle for less.💕”

I am only human.

I'm currently in the process of giving myself a kick up the bum(I'm on day 2) having slipped into lazy choices in both food and activity then I saw this meme and it clicked something in my brain so had to share.

We went on holiday(which was fab, just what was needed) then both my hubby and me caught covid which has really knocked the wind out of our sails.

So I'm re-evaluating my diet and getting back into exercise but being mindful of my current limits (covid really has reduced my lung capacity and energy levels yet I didn't even have it really bad). I'm also trying very hard not to beat myself up for regaining the weight I had lost.

Consistency and sustainability are key.
How are you all doing? Are you still striving towards your goals?

Good morning.I am sorry I have been so quiet, I'm not going to lie I've been struggling a bit with my own mental health leaving me with a massive case of imposter syndrome (how on earth can I expect to coach others if I can't help myself?)

Well I'm pleased to say I've shaken at least some of it off and thought I would share my little wins just in case it helps keep even 1 of you motivated.

After Christmas I had stacked the weight on, I couldn't motivated myself to get started. Then I kicked myself in the 🍑 took measurements, started tracking my food and working out.
I tried my shorts on for holiday about a week and a half ago and they were sooo tight, I could do them up but by no means were they comfortable (imagine looking like spray painted on, just 1 step could be fatal🤣)

During this time my weight has been ridiculously slow to drop, often putting me in a more negative mindset. But I've carried on.

I started on 18th January, today I am 5lb down, 7.5 inches smaller, my shorts are more comfortable and I can get in my favourite bikini.

So I'm starting today with a smile!

Just keep plugging away, change may be slow but its all progress towards your goals

PSA....Tonight we turn the clocks back. (just in case you didn't know or had forgotten)
Darker nights are not fun for me but I will like the lighter mornings (it's a bit more motivating).

Fingers crossed that we all get to appreciate the extra hour in bed x

How are you all doing?

I know I've been quiet on here, I'm not gonna lie this time of year is always a struggle for me to keep focused on healthy habits be it drinking more(water is the issue here not tea), eating right(far to carb heavy) or exercise.
I have been getting my steps in but as for any specific exercise I've not done any for well over a month.

My body feels like it's full of inflammation (this has been my excuse) so today I decided to tackle some restorative yoga. It was in 3 parts focusing on hips(a particularly sore spot for me at the moment) detoxification and the shoulders.
WOW I have got sooo stiff, stuff that used to be easy is now not easy at all, so this is now my mission to work with my body to restore flexibility. I also need to make a more conscious effort with fluids that don't involve milk and 1 sugar.
Small simple steps to try and get my mojo back.

Do you listen to your body? Do you know what it needs?
Do you hate this time of year?
Let me know any top tips you have for getting through these cold wet dark winter months(yes I do realise this is only autumn but still the same to me, it's the harbinger of winter gloom) x
