I’m Ellie, a Sport Biomechanics MSc Student at Loughborough University with an ITEC Level 3 Qualification in Sports Massage.
With a background as a competitive runner and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science I have a great understanding of the physical demands of a variety of sports and the value of recovery, mobility and injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
