Many people worry about coming to counselling and not knowing what to say.

You might feel unsure where to begin, or wonder if what's on your mind is "important enough" to talk about.

That's completely normal.

There's no right or wrong way to begin. Some sessions start with silence, some with a story, some with a simple "I don't know."

Counselling is about creating a safe space where you don't have to have everything figured out. You can take it step by step, at your own pace.

It can impact every part of us - physically, emotionally, mentally & rationally.

incredibly grounding about being outdoors

I catch myself eagerly waiting for the rain to stop and the sun to shine - watching the sky for a break in the clouds, knowing that even a short walk or a few deep breaths in fresh air can shift everything

Nature doesn't ask anything of us. It just invites us to be - no pressure, no performance

💡There's science behind it too. Time outside can reduce cortisol (stress hormone) levels, ease anxiety, support emotional regulation, and even enhance focus

It's a gentle kind of medicine - and it's always there when we're ready
