Many people worry about coming to counselling and not knowing what to say.
You might feel unsure where to begin, or wonder if what's on your mind is "important enough" to talk about.
That's completely normal.
There's no right or wrong way to begin. Some sessions start with silence, some with a story, some with a simple "I don't know."
Counselling is about creating a safe space where you don't have to have everything figured out. You can take it step by step, at your own pace.
