Loughborough's Men's Wellbeing Walk is taking place on New Year's Day 2026!

Our usual fortnightly Friday walk is moving to Thursday 1st January (just for this one!), 4:00pm - 5:30pm.

We know it can be difficult for men to open up, make new friends or prioritise themselves to even go for a short walk. Our Loughborough Men's Wellbeing Walk group is welcoming members, old and new, to join us for our walk through the old Pignut Spinney bridle path and through The Outwoods on New Year's Day 2026.

We meet at the Moat Road car park (what3words nodded.forks.line), with no need to book, and no need to share anything you don't want to. We take a steady stroll, come rain or shine (more like moon shine at this time of year!), and chat about whatever comes to mind.

Give yourself a bit of time out this holiday season, and bring your boots, your torch (and perhaps a flask of tea!) and an open mind.

Morning everyone! Just to let you know that our regular Walk and Talk session is on tomorrow (Friday 29th August) at 18:00, meeting at the Moat Road car park (Loughborough) - what3words //nodded.forks.line

New members are always welcome, and there's no need to book - just turn up for 18:00, meet me and other members of the group, and walk with us through Pignut Spinney and the Outwoods. We'll arrive back at the car park around 19:15.

We're due some showers during the day, but the forecast looks fine for the walk itself - it might be a little damp and muddy underfoot, so bring appropriate footwear, and some water is advisable.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow evening!

Our men's walk and talk group in Loughborough is taking place as scheduled tomorrow (Friday 15th August) at 18:00 - 19:30. As usual, we'll meet in the Moat Road car park and head up to the Outwoods via the old bridal path through Pignut Spinney.

The invitation is there, as always, to share as much or as little as you want; there is no pressure! The route is off-road, so make sure you wear footwear suitable for off-road walking, and bring a bottle of water!

Our men's walk and talk group in Loughborough is taking place as scheduled on Friday (18th July) at 18:00 - 19:30. As usual, we'll meet in the Moat Road car park and head up to the Outwoods via the old bridal path through Pignut Spinney.

The invitation is there, as always, to share as much or as little as you want; there is no pressure! The route may be a little muddy after the showers we've had recently, so make sure you wear footwear suitable for off-road walking.
