A chance to get out in the open air have a chat, laugh and get rid if some of the stresses of life on a 8 mile circular route for men and women

If it naturally happens it happens, we just walk, talk, laugh about anything and everything anywhere from around 5-12 people and is growing nicely we all support each other round as well 💪🏻
