Had a lovely time .brazilian.steakhouse in Loughton tonight. The service was AMAZING, the food was lush and the cocktails on point. I would highly recommend if you are thinking of trying it out, do it you won't regret it 😉

DEAR RETURNING MEMBER

It's the start of possibly the busiest week of the year and I just wanted to add something to the mix. This post is for all you members out there who are 'thinking' of rejoining this SW group this or next week.
And in 'thinking' I mean you saying to yourself "oh my god, I haven't been in ages, and I have put all the weight I lost back on, I have rejoined so many times now, I am a disgrace, a loser, I'm terrified that they will think I am pathetic".
These feelings are what keep us down but rest assured that in our, and EVERY single Slimming World group across the land, that you will be welcomed back with a smile and open arms like you are family. And MOST importantly there is no shame, blame or humiliation (as these are dirty words in our world).
So, re-joining members everywhere, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and prove to yourself (as nobody else really matters) what you're made of and who knows, 2026 could be the year of your life!

We can't WAIT to see you back

I am so proud to be taking part in the Cancer Research Race for life on Sunday with a group of my fabulous members, you have all done so well with your training I couldn't be a prouder consultant. Well done guys. Not long till Race day, hope Harlow is ready for our crazy bunch 🤣🤣🤣

I never know when I signed up for this race that my life would once again be touched by cancer having already lost loved ones to it. One of my reason for signing up was my sister diagnosis of ovarian cancer, thankfully diagnosised and treated early, then about a month after my initial sign up my mum...

Not bad for my first road run in almost 3 years after breaking my ankle feeling rather proud of myself. I thought I would struggle doing a 30 minute run but managed a whole hour and did a whooping 7k.

I know I have my amazing gym and it's fabulous PT's to thank.
10k training has finally started here I come.

I think it's safe to say the boy enjoyed his Birthday treat. Thanks to in Victoria and . Although I am have created a monster he enjoyed the Ivy and the Ambassador lounge at the theatre a little to much 🤣🤣🤣🤣
