We can do wonderful things with our hands. But we’re not miricale workers nor can we remedy away things in one appointment.

An important question to ask yourself before you start your massage and something to communicate to your therapist.

Today marks the 5th Anniversary of Revitalize Massage! And what a journey it’s been. From a redundancy that was the catalyst for a long desired career change, to a world pandemic, to a pregnancy and moving home. I am forever grateful for the opportunity I have been given. I’m running 50k in April for families facing baby loss. Sadly it is something that happens to more families than you would think.

I’ve committed to running 50k in April for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times.
