Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature…

Join me for a peaceful outdoor yoga session surrounded by the calming energy of the woods.

Starting Tuesday 9th June
Time: 10:30 – 11:30
Location: Wild Pines (near Market Rasen) LN8 3DZ
Price: £8

Beginners very welcome
Bring a mat, water & dress for the weather. We do have an indoor space if it should rain ☔️

Please feel free to take a walk around the woods and enjoy this beautiful space, or enjoy a drink or lunch from the Wild Pines Kitchen. There are hammocks around the woods too if you would like to chill out after the session.

My name is Amanda of Root & Ritual. I am a fully qualified Yoga Teacher (500 hours) and my style of yoga is slow, gentle, and deeply nourishing. Rooted in Hatha yoga and woven with somatic awareness, it invites you to move with softness and intention rather than force.
It’s a practice of listening — tuning into the subtle sensations of the body, the rhythm of the breath, and the quiet space within. Through mindful movement, meditative breathwork, and moments of stillness, you’re guided back into connection with yourself.
This is not about pushing or achieving, but about feeling, softening, and simply being.

As an introduction on Monday 18th May please bring a friend along for free.

There will be no class on Bank holiday Monday (25th May ) Classes will then recommence on Monday 1st June.

I help women who feel stressed and overwhelmed to become calmer and more relaxed with yoga.

I can give you the tools and support through these trusted and effective practices to help you to to feel less stressed and more in control of your life.

Sessions are £20 and last an hour. The sessions are in my home in Louth.
