Something non ear related but which may be of benefit to you …..

I am booked to go on a retreat early next year. I am being brave, stepping out of my comfort zone and travelling solo to Sri Lanka for a week of Shakti breathwork, yoga, jungle walks, swimming near turtles, being surrounded by nature and eating nutritious foods. In all honesty this week is not cheap but I am fortunate I can give myself this luxury.

The guy organising the retreat has places still available to book but is now also giving someone the opportunity to win these places in a raffle for just £5 a ticket.

This is totally genuine and I am sharing on here for two reasons….

Firstly I really want the retreat to be a success for him as he genuinely cares about people

and secondly I really want someone who is in need of this awesome experience but who perhaps can’t afford the cost of the retreat to benefit and have an amazing start to 2026.

It’s been a noisy afternoon at the clinic here in Fulstow and you didn’t need to have any wax out to hear it!!👂👂

The Lancaster BOB has been over a few times plus jets and a spitfire but I missed that! Was lovely to see- love living and working in Lincolnshire 😃

Well she wasnt the oldest lady to have visited the clinic but at 93 she was close!
This gorgeous vintage car aka "Katie" belongs to a friend and I was lucky enough to have a ride out in her in the sunshine last weekend. Couldnt resist getting a photo of her parked outside the clinic. 😀
