You’d probably walk straight past this without noticing…
The girls have been busy in the garden today, completely unbothered by the cold wind 🌿
You’ll probably spot this little purple plant everywhere at the moment… it’s called purple dead-nettle, and it’s surprisingly useful.
It’s actually a really helpful one to have around. Traditionally it’s been used for things like small cuts, irritated skin, and even in simple herbal teas.
If you ever fancy trying something easy… you can pick a few clean tops, steep them in hot water, and make a gentle tea 🌸

Some Saturdays remind me how lucky I am to live and work here.
After a busy week in the therapy room I had a day off today, and the sunshine felt like a real gift.
The mound behind Wren & Willow is covered in thousands of daffodils right now, and some have even wandered into our garden where Torvi decided to sit amongst them this afternoon.

This beautifully calming treatment is designed to:
• encourage deep relaxation
• soothe facial and jaw tension
• support healthy skin circulation
• encourage a fresh, radiant glow
• support natural facial tone
Many clients find it not only deeply relaxing, but wonderfully refreshing for both face and mind.
The treatment lasts 45 minutes and can also be added onto other Wren & Willow treatments for a little extra nurture.
