After years of studying natural medicine and a life time of immersing myself into the world of holistic living I’ve picked up a couple of things along the way.

The most important thing is that if you are serious about living in a state of pure abundance. And by that I mean an abundant state of health, and abundant state of wealth and an abundant state of pure happiness and joy, then you NEED, and I repeat, NEED to create a life that allows this.

What do I mean by that? Well this is where it gets tricky, because we aren’t all the same. For me, when I feel connected to nature I think clearer, there is a spring in my step, nature quite literally refreshes me and it always makes me feel good. This is one of the main reasons we adopted a little fury fiend to make sure I get out no matter the weather!

This post is for those of you who have lost faith in humanity. On my dog walk this weekend, I bumped into a lovely stranger called David, who was out walking with this brother. We got chatting and it turns out he is a huge dog lover and my Belgian Malinois Maui took a spot in his heart when she cuddled up next to him and wagged her little tail.

It turns out David is a photographer who specialises in taking photos of animals. He asked me to meet up with him when he had his camera to capture some shots of my Mali. I obviously said yes!

Yesterday we had a lovely walk in the snow. Maui was such a poser, David got some great shots, and I had the a absolute pleasure of getting to know a complete stranger.

There are so many lessons here. The first is that stranger doesn’t always equal danger. It often is an opportunity to connect, smile, laugh and enjoy the experience of meeting someone new. Meeting also reminded me that sometimes people do things simply because they enjoy it! David wanted to take photos of Maui as his paid 2020 gigs got cancelled and he missed being behind the camera. With no dogs of his own he wanted to connect with someone who had a cute furry friend. Well I’m happy we fit the bill!

This has given me huge inspiration to pay David’s kindness forward. This week I’ll do something kind for a complete stranger, just as David did for Maui and me.

When a soul is born into this world, it’s because they have a reason to be here. Every single one of you reading this has a purpose for being in this time space reality. Even your not so favourite people in the world have a reason for being here, and I promise it’s not to irritate or annoy you, they too have their own beautiful magical journey and amazing gifts to give.

Our souls came from an energy space that is not like the world we know and experience through our senses. Souls came from a realm of loving pure energy. A place of nothing but abundant appreciation and joy.

Why am I telling you this? Well, if I’m honest I just felt that so many of you needed to be reminded that you have a reason for being here, and that you are loving pure energy. 2021 is calling you to step into your purpose. There is NO more time to wait, as this is the right time. It’s time to step up and stand up. The more souls living in their true form, their true purpose, the more we will collectively raise the vibration and launch this next decade into a joyous happy abundant time to be alive! So get that soul aligned!! Go forth and do what you were born to do. PLEASE!

The reason? It’s simple. Everything is frequency, everything is vibration. So we can only bring into our experience that which we are already feeling, or vibrating, if you will.

Think of it like the radio in your car. You have it set to a certain frequency to pick up the radio station you want to listen to. You then have to change that frequency if you want to switch stations.

It’s the same with your thoughts. If you didn’t like how your 2020 ended up. You’ll be met with much of the same in 2021 unless you change the frequency NOW. It’s the only way you will attract something new into your life.

My 2020 has been amazing, from new pups, to freedom rally’s across the country, to trips abroad, play dates, summer strolls and family BBQs, it’s been an amazing year. And have appreciated every moment of it.

We have a really exciting announcement!! Our family is growing!! And before you ask, no I’m not pregnant, but we are welcoming a cute little furry friend into our family.

We have a Belgian Malinois pup on the way. She is currently still with her momma, but will be ready to adopt next week! We cannot wait to bring her home, and Aliana is so excited. We have an awesome relationship with the breeders and they let us go and visit to bond with our new pup as much as we like. This pic was taken at bonding sesh.

I don’t know about you, but I learn so much from the world around me, especially now I am a mum and have the absolute privilege of looking at the world through Aliana’s eyes.

I admire how she takes in each season, being inquisitive, asking questions about where the sun goes at 4pm. Asking why the leaves have fallen and if the trees will be okay without them. Truly incredible to watch her interact so beautifully with nature and all that it has to offer.

Take a moment during your day to really NOTICE. Take in all the beauty of autumn. The oranges and reds in the skies, the crunch of the leaves under your wellies. Enjoy every single moment.

You are being medicated and you don’t even know it. Every time you have a glass of water or even brush your teeth you are taking in fluoride.

Fluoride is so bad for us. It inhibits our connection to source, which in turn activates our inner power and elevated us to our highest potential.
