A wonderful morning in my purple uniform! 💜
As a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter, my absolute favourite thing is seeing new parents coming together, holding each other and celebrating the small by mighty wins!

This morning was a special slingy event with one of our amazing baby wearing practitioners coming along to support new mums to babywear. And it was bloody glorious 😍

We saw new mums being shown that hands free is possible! Second time mums mastering the art of baby carrying in comfort to ease the need for toddler chasing, and new parents smashing tandem carrying with twins! 🥹

Oh and the many baby snuggles were the cherry on top 🥰🍒

Mama… take a moment just for you.
A moment to slow your breath, soften your body, and sink into the quiet connection between you and your baby 🧘🏻‍♀️

These gentle sessions are a nurturing space where you can let go of the outside world and tune inward. Through calming breathwork, guided relaxation and empowering hypnobirthing, you’ll be held, supported, and deeply restored.

🗓️ Weekly sessions from Monday 9th March – Monday 30th March 2026
⏰ 7:15pm - 8:15pm

I recently introduced my Postnatal doula support services 🥰 But what does that actually include? 🤔

Here are a few key things:

• Cares for the newborn so parents can rest, shower, or eat 🍲

• Supports feeding by assisting with signposting to local services and practical support at home 🍼

• Prepares nourishing meals and encourages hydration 💧

• Maintains a calm, functional home through light tidying and household tasks 🧹

• Helps establish gentle daily rhythms without rigid schedules😌

• Support with sibling adjustment and family flow 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

The focus is on supporting you, so you can recover, bond, and feel more confident as a new parent 💞 plus I make a mean breastfeeding emotional support hamper 😄

I’m thrilled to let you know that I am now offering postnatal doula services🥰

My mission is to support you through those tender early days with calm, care, and compassion, so you can focus on healing, bonding, and finding your rhythm as a new parent.
