Let me welcome you to my humble Home and Safe space … 🙏🏼
Let’s come together to share our stories so that we may learn from each other.
What is said in the Circle stays in the circle remembering that we are not here to fix one another but to provide a warm space so that we can unravel our own lives one breath at a time … we need a safe space to off-load the worries on the week. This could be family or children concerns, troubles at work or a health issue that you may need to share. It can be amazing and so healing when we have people supporting us by listening.
It may be that you just need to share an experience that you have had and how you negotiated your way through and what Wisdom you have gained and much needed insight.
