Here's a tip to get more Vitamin D in your life! If you decide to supplement with vitamin D3, consider also taking vitamin K.

This helps with absorption and the two should go hand in hand.

The good news is that many manufacturers sell the combo in one supplement.

When you’re not present in a situation, it’s kind of like being an out-of-focus camera lens. You see things, but not clearly.

Take a moment, regroup, adjust your focus and pay attention to whom you’re with and where you are. Look up, look around, adjust the lighting and smile for the camera.

For the rest of the day today, bring awareness to your “presence” and make sure you’re 100% there with all of your mind!

Creating a sleep routine (where you go to bed and wake up the same time…yes even on the weekends) will help regulate your internal clock to get a better night’s rest.

Brain games like crossword puzzles, chess, and Sudoku can help generate new nerve cells and are even used to help prevent Alzheimer’s.
