More than 1 in 10 working-age adults are now showing signs of poor mental health β€” and the biggest rise has been among 16–34 year olds.

According to the Health Foundation, rates have doubled in the past decade, across surveys, screenings and clinical diagnoses.

A clear signal: workplaces, communities and policies all need to take mental health seriously.

22% of people surveyed said perceived stigma was the biggest barrier to accessing mental health care, according to Priory.

Stigma continues to prevent many from reaching out; even when support is needed most. Breaking the silence, normalising conversations, and promoting understanding can help remove this barrier for good.

Everyone deserves access to mental health support without fear of judgment!

ADHD can present in three distinct ways, each affecting individuals differently depending on which symptoms are strongest:

Inattentive Presentation – Difficulty focusing, following instructions, or remembering daily tasks.
Hyperactive-Impulsive Presentation – Restlessness, impulsive actions, and trouble sitting still or waiting their turn.
Combined Presentation – A mix of inattentive and hyperactive-impulsive symptoms.

Symptoms often shift over time, meaning support needs can change too.
