Yesterday I went to visit the brilliant team at The Green Way Solar to thank them for everything they have done for us. For thpse who don't know, they took on the Surrey Three Peaks Challenge on behalf of X-4rce to help raise funds for our orange bus and honestly their dedication and enthusiasm blew me away.

Of course I couldn't show up empty handed, so I took a long some sweet treats but let's be real...a box of chocolates is nothing compared to what they have done for X-4rce and our community. Their effort, kindness and they way they've championed this project means more than they know.

Thank you team - you are all absolute stars!

Remember that Halloween Trail I heroically completed all by myself because my daughter abandoned me halfway?

Well… turns out stubbornness pays off.

Literally.

Because I’ve only gone and WON a limited-edition Luton Monopoly board. 😂😂

Clearly the universe said, “You know what? Give this man a prize, he worked way too hard for those clues.”

Honestly, I was just proud of myself for not getting lost in High Town
(I expect free parking and immunity from all future PCNs — Monopoly rules, right? 😅)

Big thank you to all involved! What a brilliant community event.

And yes… I WILL be making everyone play this Monopoly at Christmas, and no, I won’t apologise.

Continuing our spotlight series, today we’re celebrating Boxing Saves Lives , a powerful community movement using boxing to build confidence, resilience, and purpose in boys and men.

They believe in building men back up, not breaking them down, using the discipline and focus of boxing to help tackle low self-esteem, isolation, and mental health struggles.

Through their sessions and outreach, Boxing Saves Lives offers far more than fitness; they create safe spaces for men and young people to talk, connect, and rebuild.

At X-4RCE CIC, we share their passion for helping men find strength through community. We’re proud to highlight their work and encourage you to check them out and support the brilliant things they’re doing .

It takes courage to talk. It takes strength to show up. Let’s keep shining a light on men’s mental health.
