This vital peer-support group is dedicated to men’s mental health, breaking stigma through conversation, connection, and community. With safe spaces to talk openly, share experiences, and find support, X-4RCE empowers men to take positive steps for their wellbeing.

x-4RCE will be there on the day reaching out to men in the community about their weekly football, boxing and fitness sessions, as well as inviting them to the weekly peer support group on Tuesdays!

X-4RCE will be hosting a workshop at 15:45 to show you more about what they do!

Today is a good day!

Today I’m attending an Advice First Aid course with Luton Citizens Advice, learning valuable ways to better support our service users who are facing issues impacting their mental health.

Then later this evening , at our peer support group, we’ll be holding a clay moulding and mental health workshop.

At X-4RCE, we believe in exploring alternative approaches to men’s mental health, offering creative and supportive spaces where they can open up and heal in their own way.

We’re excited to welcome Mac Pajka and his incredible Alchemy of Sculpture workshop to our group tomorrow!

It’s not long now until Green Way Solar take on the Surrey Three Peaks Challenge on our behalf to raise money for something we care deeply about – a Mental Health Support Bus for Luton.

This bus will give people a safe, free and welcoming space to get support right in the heart of our community.

X-4RCE will be leading a Men’s Bootcamp at the upcoming Peace Out Luton Fest – a free community wellbeing festival packed with activities, workshops, food, and more!

🗓 Sunday 12th October
📍 Marsh House, Bramingham Rd, Luton, LU3 2SR
⏰ Our session kicks off at 2PM

This is a great chance to:
✅ Challenge yourself physically
✅ Boost your mental wellbeing

The whole festival is FREE, with amazing sessions including music, boxing, sound healing, conflict workshops, film screenings, and even free Mauritian food for the first 60 attendees!
