On this sacred day of Guru Purnima, we honour the timeless presence of the Guru—the one who dispels darkness and reveals the light of Truth.

Rooted in ancient tradition and honoured across many spiritual paths, Guru Purnima is a time for reflection, reverence, and appreciation—an invitation to recognise the immense gift of true guidance and to offer our love to the one who walks with us all the way Home.

With deep veneration and gratitude, we acknowledge our Guru Moojibaba, whose loving presence and striking clarity guides us to the realisation of our inherent Oneness, awakening us to That which we can never not be—the Eternal Self.

Hi lovelies! 💕
I recently dug out a bunch of soil from behind my shed which I thought it was barren because nothing had grown back there for many years. I carried it out to my front garden where the sun shines and hey presto!

🌱 Some seeds lie dormant until the perfect conditions awaken them.
Just because you don’t see growth yet doesn’t mean the miracle isn’t unfolding.

“You are not asked to have total faith that your healing will be accomplished. You are asked to trust that it is possible.” — A Course in Miracles

There are gifts within you waiting patiently for the light of your willingness. Even a small moment of trust, a quiet yes to Love, can stir the seeds of transformation.

Trust the timing. Trust the soil. Trust the One who planted them in you. 💫

I love Love! ❤️

I love Love because it can be shared deeply, truly and without end or sacrifice.

I love Love because the tiniest drop feels maximal and yet it expands within, so far beyond.

I love Love because we can use the word that represents it in a sentence that calls the real thing into immediate experience!

Can you hear Love’s Calling reaching out across the world. It may feel like grief, loss, sacrifice or an unnamed feeling of despair.

This is your hearts call to prayer, where Love will meet you in this moment exactly as you are.

It does not judge, it does not see what you see but will open you gently so that you can see what It sees.

There is only Love 💕
