💜 Lepidolite 💜

Another one of my favourite crystals...

Lepidolite is also referred to as the ‘Peace Stone’ or ‘Grandmother Stone’ due to its calm, nurturing properties. Beneficial for the heart, throat, third eye and crown chakra, it clears blockages, allowing a balanced flow of energy. Naturally containing lithium, it is useful in the reduction of stress and depression and can be helpful in stabilising mood swings. Providing mental clarity, it helps when studying and gaining new knowledge. Also known as a ‘stone of change’, lepidolite helps create new behaviour patterns. It is said to relieve allergies and exhaustion and is supportive during the menopause.
