🌟🤍🌟 A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles 🌟🤍🌟

Trying to articulate what this journey feels like for me is nearly impossible - I still pinch myself that I am lucky enough to be here doing what I do, with all you beautiful clients of mine 🙏🏼🤍🙏🏼

I am just incredibly thankful for each and every one of you putting your trust in me, allowing me to hold space for you and reminding your bodies what it feels like to come back to yourselves! 💜

I do not take a moment of this for granted or the people that got me to this point either 🕊 Gratitude is what grounds me in what truely matters! ✨️

🌟 Don't live the same year over and over again - make a change this time! 🌟

The calendar tells us that it is a new year, a new month and a time for new beginnings, new promises and new chapters... but have you ever stopped to think that the calendar we live by was created by man and not by the land! 🌳 Do you struggle to set and keep 'resolutions' when January arrives? Do you find your head and heart fighting against what we 'should' be doing? Do you struggle against your body to find momentum during a cold and sleepy month? ❄️

We are deep in the process of 'wintering', mother nature is resting and quietly hibernating. There is no big growth or changes being made or any rushing being done... life is just gently ticking over below the surface without anything being forced. Perhaps we should still be doing the same! 🐻☃️🌚

The time now is still a time for rest, recuperation and renewal - the true season for new beginnings is in early spring, when the soil starts to slowly warm and nature starts to come back to life after a long winters rest. 🌱☀️

This juxtaposition can create a turmoil within us, feeling we have failed before we have even begun! Pushing against nature and not working with it, simply doesn't work for everyone. Each year you make resolutions to 'change' yourself, but perhaps this year you should make a resolution to just BE YOURSELF... because that is enough! Allow this slower time to nurture your roots, conserve your energy and to just be...so that you can bloom in places you never even imagined when the light returns and the natural world wakes once more. 💐🌼🌹

Do you ever see your sat nav tell you that you made a 'mistake' on your route? No, it simply 'recalculates' your route... this year, learn to embrace the detours, adjust your sails along the way and keep moving forward on your journey, at your pace. 🧭⛵️⏰️

YOUR year is waiting for YOU, so go and get it...on YOUR terms, when YOU are ready! ⭐️🎉🤍

✨️🦊✨️ OCTOBER - Animal Guardian - Trust your instincts ✨️🦊✨️

🍁🍄🍂 Something a little different this month... a collective card reading of what lies ahead in this month of October for you all 🍂🍄🍁

"Trust the powerful animal spirit within to learn more about yourself and your talents"

This card shows us that there are incredible lessons that we can learn from the animal world to help us along our journey and guide us through some of our greatest challenges in life 🦋🌻🐞

⚡️🪐🌟 By turning inwards you will find a powerful animal instinct within you - animals don't second guess anything; how they feel or how they react, they just express it immediately. We can learn a lot from that mentality, by connecting in with how you REALLY feel and what you TRUELY need, to be the highest version of yourself 🌟🪐⚡️

🍁🌾🍎 At this time of year, we must look to the natural world and the animal kingdom. Look how they are preparing for the long, dark and cold months that lie ahead. They are maximising on the abundance that is currently surrounding them after a fruitful summer. Beginning to prepare to hunker down and slow down into the gentle pace of winter that is approaching. If we too, behaved in a similar way, I think we would all come out of the winter months a little more nurtured and revived ready for the spring 🍎🌾🍁

🍂🪶🍂 Remember... we are human BEings not human DOings and we have much to learn from the animal world around us - that primal instinct is within us all and OCTOBER calls for you to slow down, nurture yourself a little more.... just BE and not DO quite so much 🍂🪶🍂

This day marks a transitional point in the calendar year - a point where we turn inwards. It is a time of contemplation and rest overrules the need to be filling the long daylight hours ✨️🤍

🍄🌰🍎 It is all part of the natural rhythm of life, do not fear the fading daylight hours, instead celebrate the abundance that the year has brought you so far and enjoy the anticipation of what is to come 🍎🌰🍄
