It takes more than Coronavirus to stop us laughing! The good thing is that now even more people can join us in our first online session, distance no object!

Coronavirus might not be funny but we can still laugh! We laugh because it relieves stress and anxiety. We laugh because it strengthens our immune system. We laugh because it is a great workout that works our lungs and diaphragm. We laugh because it feels good. We laugh simply for the health of it!....

Laughter is very contagious just like Coronavirus but with more positive outcomes :-) We're cancelling our usual laughter session on March 21st but don't worry we are going to try an online version with Zoom. It's a great opportunity for those in isolation or unable to travel to the New Forest. Feel free to join us, just let me know if you'd like to join in and I'll send you an invite.
