From Yoga to Soup: It's a really good feeling to share what you passionately love and to be received with gratitude. The energy exchange of this mahi fills my heart (and belly) with holistic nourishment. I'm deeply grateful for this sense of community we are rekindling and the ways in which we can support one another 🙏
