New class coming to Poulton!

Beginning Wednesday 21st May
9.00 - 10.00am

45 minute yoga practice, then a little time for a coffee/tea and chat.

Start your day mindfully with a peaceful breath led practice that will gently mobilise the body and build strength to support health and wellbeing.

This will be a modified form of yoga with the use of mats, chairs and props, making it accessible for everyone.

Leave feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, I have spare if you don’t, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
