We will begin with crystal bowls then slowly move into an hour of pure Gong vibration to pe*****te at a deeper cellular level. Awakening with beautiful chimes.

Hatha • for that whole body strength, stretch & balance- a great place to start if you’re brand new and confused or nervous! I got you 😘

Vinyasa • for sweaty flowy funky yoga, spicy transitions, arm balances, inversions and lots of giggles and community fireeee

Slow flow • combo of both the above, it’s slow, tranquil, and feels flipping delicious but it’ll still push you to find your depth

Yin • for unwinding, muscle relaxation, fascia release, meditation, a chance to surrender & see what your body needs, tuning inwards and letting go

Trapeze • for that pull, core, grip and upper body strength, learn to fly & let gravity help you release your compression !

🌙 Wednesdays 6:30am YinYang Fire & Water Flow

Ease in with slow, melting yin poses, then ride the wave into a fiery Rocket-inspired Ashtanga flow. Think stretch, strength, and surrender. We’ll finish with dreamy yin postures, essential oils, and a soothing head massage that will have you floating out the door.

☀️ Sundays 8:30-9:30 Sculpt, Stretch & Strengthen: Ashtanga Rocket Fun

An energising blend of traditional Ashtanga and playful Rocket Yoga designed to sculpt, stretch and strengthen every part of the body. Expect uplifting sequences, creative transitions and a supportive space to explore movement, build confidence and restore balance. Class closes with a deeply relaxing savasana and an essential oil head massage for the perfect finish.
