Approaching the big 4-0 this year has shifted everything—my body, my priorities, my purpose.
Over the past few years I have navigated motherhood, hormonal imbalances, chronic migraines, and a lingering sports injury.
Pilates combined with yoga, breathwork, and meditation form the core of my healing journey—and my mission to help other mamas reclaim their strength! 💪🏻
Becoming a mum made it my mission to support mothers in rebuilding their bodies gently yet effectively. Postpartum Pilates has done wonders for me by restoring core strength, pelvic floor function, posture, and easing physical strain from lifting, feeding, and bending day-to-day.
Pilates isn’t just fitness. It’s precision, alignment, and breath. It’s grounded movement that calms the nervous system and offers space to heal—especially after injury or childbirth.
Integrating yoga and meditation has helped shorten my migraine duration and reduced intensity, thanks to mindfulness-based stress reduction. Breathwork supports the parasympathetic system, which optimises hormone balance, soothes stress, and anchors me in the present.
