🌟Un Blwyddyn llawn /One whole year!

🎉🎉Happy Little Humans is celebrating its first birthday🎉🎉

I was a little bit late joining this joyful magical crew and still slow to find my feet ( I know where my feet are, just finding time when lots of magical things are happening at the same time) but the Happy Little Human Mid,North Wales is here and ready to support Children.

Being able to offer fun, creative opportunities for children to better navigate their feeling and emotions as well as supporting their own tools to support themselves is what I do best and as a Happy Little Human’s franchisee I get to do this in even more ways.

From Made of made coaching sessions, group ‘Hudolus’ sessions (settings and community), Resources and goodness, we have it all💫

I have been quiet but I am still here! I have had to take a bit of time out, to rest and recover. Part of this was spend having quality time with my family and friends.

Play therapy and children’s well-being is my souls purpose but I have had to take on some other work as an Social Worker which has really swiped my energy.

I will be back soon with a better focus and plan for future Happy Little Humans Mid/North Wales 💞

I haven’t forgotten about you all!

Life has been a bit busy recently but I have also had the pleasure of working with an lovely group of parents and artist.
Mental well-being is important for us all from young children to older adults. Being able to combine mindfulness practises, creative meditations and oils with creative expression and play has been so exciting.
