World Autism Awareness Day 🧩

To all the amazing mummy's (and daddy's) raising autistic children — this day is for you too ❤️

I might not walk your path, but best believe I am in complete awe of you all 🙌🏼

You are the safe place, the calm in the storm, the fiercest advocate and the softest hug.

You learn a language of love that isn’t always spoken, you celebrate victories others might not see and by showing up every day you to deserve to be recognised and honoured. 💙

Today is not only about raising awareness but also about celebrating every unique and brilliant child - just as they are.

Today we celebrate embracing differences and reminding the world that every autistic child brings something special, valuable and irreplaceable to this world.

To all the mummy's (and daddy's) doing an incredible job, even on the days you might not feel it - we celebrate you and your beautiful child.

So much respect and admiration for you all. 💞

We go again! 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ My most favourite class to run!

Very excited to release the next block of baby massage – the perfect opportunity for you and your little one to bond, relax and enjoy a quiet hour. 💕

This 4 week course will teach you all the techniques to give your little one a massage from head to toe! 👣

Why is baby massage is a perfect first class for your little one? Well, here's a few of the many reasons:

•Helps your baby sleep better and feel calmer.

•Aids digestion as well as easing colic or wind.

•Supports healthy development and circulation.

Personally, I feel baby massage is a perfect way to connect and give your little one some undivided attention - that to me trumps all other reasons!

Everyone will have their own little pack waiting for them on arrival. Each will include:

A take-home pack of massage notes so you can practice at home 🗒️

Baby-friendly jojoba oil to use in class and bring along each week.

This is the perfect introduction for your little into the world of classes but it's also for you to mummy! 💖

Baby massage offers you a moment to slow down, be present and enjoy time together. Plus, you’ll get the chance to connect with other local mums, share experiences and enjoy a well-deserved cuppa. ☕🍰

💐 Mother's Day 💐

Today can bring so many emotions - for some it’s a day of celebration, for others a day of longing, sadness or grief.

The title “Mummy” isn’t held by just one kind of person. A mother figure can be the woman who gave us life but it can also be the grandmother who stepped in, the aunt who always showed up, the foster parent, the step-mum, the guardian who protected or the woman who simply chose to love.

Today and for as long as I can remember I've written two cards - that aunt whos always there - I'm lucky enough to have had that my whole life. Alongside having the mother of anyone's dreams - I will always know how extremely lucky I am.

Whilst the title "Mummy" is one I hear a hundred times a day, it's definitely one I will never take for granted.

Unfortunately, there are also so many people who dream of hearing that one word - “Mummy.” Those who carry that hope quietly in their hearts, navigating difficult paths with fertility struggles, loss or circumstances that make that dream feel far away. We need to always make these people feel seen and heard - especially on days like today ❤️

To the mummy's who have experienced the heartbreak of losing a little baba during pregnancy or the unimaginable pain of losing a child. Whether your child was held in your arms or only in your heart, you are still a mother. 👼🏼🪽

Mother’s Day isn’t just about perfect photos and flowers. It’s about recognising the deep, complicated and powerful love of a 'mother' that exists in so many forms.

To every mother, every mother figure, everyone hoping to become one and everyone carrying love for a child they can’t hold today — we celebrate you ❤️💐

✨ Tiny Sensory Adventures ✨

Looking for a special way to bond with your baby while supporting their development? Our baby sensory classes are designed to stimulate your little one’s senses through music, lights and movement 💃🏼

Every class is an investment in your baby’s development, helping them learn, grow and explore.

Whilst it may seem fun on the outside, each class is planned with different movements, rhythms and activities.

Whilst your singing 🎶 Twinkle twinkle🎶 with your star wand - I'm keeping an eye on your little ones visual tracking 👀 - there is always a reason! 🙋🏼‍♀️

As much as this class is for your little one - there is nothing more comforting being in a room with other mummy's going through the exact same things. There's lots of time for conversation, questions and forming relationships!

Happy mummy - happy baby! 🤗

As always, there's caffeine provided in a welcoming and supportive space!

Our 'Tots class' is the perfect way to start the week with a warm coffee, a friendly chat and a welcoming space.

Enjoy some well-deserved grown-up conversation while letting your little one play, explore and interact with other children.

It’s a lovely little Monday morning boost for both mummy and baby 🥰✨

Our firm favourite messy play class is making a Valentine’s Special comeback — and we’re ready to spread the love (and the mess!) 🥰✨

What’s in store?

We’ll have multiple tuff tray stations, all Valentine’s themed - giving your little one the chance to explore, pour, scoop, squish and create in their own way.

Why is Messy play important?? 🧠

- Supports sensory development
- Builds fine and gross motor skills
- Encourages creativity, confidence and hands-on learning in a fun, pressure-free way.
